(hereinafter “ACF”) is a firm in the Ahorro Corporación Group, subject to supervision by the National Stock Exchange Commission, registered with the Official Register of Stock Broking Companies and Agencies and Portfolio Management Companies under number 24.

ACF, with Tax Identity Code A-79202628, has its registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 89, 28046 Madrid, registered with the Registry of Companies of Madrid at folio 66, volume 9.671, general 8374, Section 3 of the Companies Book, sheet M-89.593, and it is the holder of the domain www.cedulascajas.com. ACF provides information services from the set of pages located under the domain www.cedulascajas.com for internet users at large ("the Users").

AYT CÉDULAS CAJAS GLOBAL, FTA is an Assets Securitization Fund, subject to supervision by the National Stock Exchange Commission. - In fulfilment of the terms foreseen in the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21st December, that approves the Regulations implementing of Organic Act 15/1999, ACF has adopted the measures of a technical and organisational nature required to guarantee the security of the personal data the User provides, as well as to avoid their alteration, loss or unauthorised processing.

- You, as User of the web page www.cedulascajas.com, specifically accept and consent that the personal data you provide ACF may be disclosed by it to any of the Companies in its Group, for fulfilment of purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the assignor and assignee and with regard to the financial sector.
